Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Faridkot (Faridkot District Court) is recruiting candidates for 3 contract vacancies, comprising Lift Operator (1), Worker (Creche) (1), and Guard (Creche) (1) at Judicial Court Complex, Faridkot. Candidates must send the offline application form by post to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Faridkot on or before 31.10.2026 till 5.00 PM. Qualifications vary by post, including Matriculation with Punjabi, ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical, or knowledge of Punjabi up to middle standard, alongside age limits ranging between 18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2026. Pay is on a contract basis at D.C. rates approved by the Deputy Commissioner, Faridkot from time to time, and the selection process consists of a skill test or interview.

Where and How to Send

Candidates must send their filled application forms on prescribed proforma along with required self-attested documents by post to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Faridkot.

Applications sent by post must be superscripted and one envelope should contain only one application, with the specific post name in capital letters:

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Lift Operator

• Qualification: 1. Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent thereto with Punjabi, assed as one subject. 2. ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical from Government Institute or its equivalent.
• Age Limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 37 years of age as on 01.01.2026.

Worker for Creche

• Qualification: 1. Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent thereto with Punjabi, assed as one subject. (as per Selection Criteria for the Worker as mentioned in the National Minimum Guidelines for Setting up and Running Creches under the Maternity Benefit Act, 2017, as circulated by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana).
• Age Limit: The age of candidate should be between 20 to 40 years as on 01.01.2026 (as per Selection Criteria for the Worker as mentioned in the National Minimum Guidelines for Setting up and Running Creches under the Maternity Benefit Act, 2017, as circulated by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana).

Guard for Creche

• Qualification: Should have knowledge of Punjabi language upto middle standard (as applicable to Group-D posts in this Sessions Division).
• Age Limit: The age of candidate should be between 18 to 35 years as on 01.01.2026 (as applicable to Group-D posts in this Sessions Division).

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of skill test/interview. Venue and schedule of skill test/Interview will be notified later on at the official website of this office i.e. https://faridkot.dcourts.gov.in . No separate letters will be issued for the same, as such the candidates are advised to check the website in routine for further information.

Important Instructions

• The application on prescribed proforma should be legibly filled up in CAPITAL LETTERS with complete particulars. Candidate has to send the “signed application form” along with all required supporting self attested documents. Applications sent by post in an envelope must be superscripted and one envelope should contain only one application.
• The forms which will be wrongly filled up or incomplete information/incorrect application form and whose which are not in prescribed proforma will be summarily rejected without any notice. No correspondence in this regard will be made by this office.
• This office will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery, whatsoever. Applications received after the due date i.e. 31.10.2026 will not be entertained.
• Candidates willing to apply for different posts i.e. Lift Operator, Worker and Guard will have to submit separate application for each post in separate envelope.
• Candidates are required to bring at least one photo ID proof and all original documents on the day of Skill test/Interview.
• No TA/DA will be given to the candidates for appearing for skill test/interview.
• All candidates must mention their contact number in the application.
• The number of vacancies as shown above may be increased or decreased due to administrative reasons and this office reserves the right to prepare a merit list/waiting list of the candidates with more than actual/tentative number of posts/vacancies.
