Who Can Apply

Essential Qualification

• M.Sc. in Mathematics or B.Tech./B.E. in Mathematics-related engineering/technical field with minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience. OR
• B.Sc. with Mathematics subject with minimum 06 years of post-qualification experience.

The percentage/grade points with respect to the academic qualification will be a minimum 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Desirable Qualification

We are seeking a self-driven and creative Mathematics educator with a strong desire to work in school STEM education through hands-on and inquiry-based learning. Desirable Background:

• Experience in teaching Mathematics to students of grades 8-12 (eg., TGT, PGT, CBSE, IB, IGCSE, ICSE and State boards).
• Good communication and facilitation skills; professional fluency in spoken-written English and spoken Hindi; good digital documentation skills.
• Experience in designing/conducting hands-on activities.
• 1 year experience in writing textbook chapters, or making learning modules for grades 8-12 in ed-tech.

Main responsibilities include, though not limited to:

• Create high-quality rigorous hands-on Mathematics modules for grades 6-12 Mathematics and update/organise the resource repository.
• Adapt-make-test-optimise the activities/ models/prototypes.
• Documentations of manuals, chapters, worksheets, presentations, videos, articles.
• Convert relevant activity for models ready to use in schools with product specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct the testing of content in schools.
